Deposits of 12 Months & above:
- Additional Interest @ 0.50% p.a. (Instead of existing @ 0.25% p.a.) for Senior Citizens (except Recurring Deposit).
- (a) Bulk Deposit of Rs. 15.00 Lakh and above, and up to Rs.100.00 Lakh, additional interest @ 0.15% p.a.
- (b) Bulk Deposit over Rs. 100.00 Lakh, additional interest rate @ 0.25 % p.a. (Only single Benefit is available from 2(a) or 2(b) ). C. No other additional interest to Registered Co-op. Societies, other than point number B2 (a) & (b), as mentioned above.
D. Auto Renewal Facility:
- Auto renewal facility for all deposits over 12 months, will be applicable from 01.05.2020.
- Auto-renewal Period: Original contracted period of the deposit.
- Applicable rate of interest, as applicable on the date of auto-renewal for the applicable Deposit period.
E. Recurring Deposit:
- The minimum period for Recurring Deposits is 12 Months (in multiple of 3 Months).
- The same rates as above, are applicable for Recurring Deposit Accounts.
- No additional interest rate is applicable for Senior Citizen's Recurring Deposit Account.
- No Auto-renewal is allowed for Recurring Deposit Accounts.
F. Before Maturity Penalty: For before the maturity of any Term Deposit Accounts, 1.00% p.a. penalty is applicable for all tenors, as per the Bank's extant rule. The penal interest shall be 1.00% p.a. below the rate applicable at the time of Deposits for the period of Deposit remained with the bank or 1.00% below the contracted rate, whichever is lower. However, no interest will be paid on Deposits which remain for a period of less than 14 days.
